For the book, Kipling illustrated the stories himself. This book is so handy that I have bought 3 or 4 as gifts, bought three for myself, and given one for a local charity to sell. it has great biblical principles to help you grow as a Christian and it insipires you to grow spiritually and physical exercises to inspire you as well. I found this section particularly helpful because I, like many people, am intimidated and ensure when trying to negotiate a deal.
