I don't think there should be any problem on the Kindle, though my feeling is that it's easier to use on the computer simply because of screen size. While much of what's in the book seems common sense to those of us who "get it", this book should be read by all leaders, whether or not directly in the customer service industry. , Julie Lawson spent 18 years as an elementary school teacher before becoming a full-time author in 1991.
